Trish has over 20 years’ experience in the community, social and affordable housing sector. Trish has been with AAHS since its inception, and manages an experienced team who provide exceptional compliance services to a range of providers, delivering positive outcomes and maximising incentives for the NRAS scheme.
Trish started her career in the sector with Queensland Community Housing Coalition, the Queensland peak body for social and affordable housing, where she later became the Deputy Director. Trish has also held the role of Chief Housing Officer in a previous organisation, and moved on to manage a large NRAS portfolio of 3500 properties and 40 external property management organisations spread across the three Eastern states.
She has brought her experience and skill in designing and implementing systems to efficiently and effectively manage NRAS compliance with her to the AAHS NRAS portfolio of 4500 properties. Her approach is to always ensure investor's incentives are maximised and delivered on time.
