AAHS is committed to ensuring payment requests for validated invoices are submitted to the NDIA promptly. Upon receiving payment from the NDIA, reimbursement will occur within two business days, minimising payment delays for your preferred suppliers.
You have the freedom to be as active in invoice approvals as you wish. You can choose to be contacted for approval before payment is made on any invoices, or you can set standing approvals that you are comfortable with.
You can also choose a combination of plan-managed and self or agency managed funds if you wish. Just reach out to the NDIS to discuss your plan.
Our plan management systems give you access to your plan data via our online portal and App, meaning you can check your invoices, balances and previous statements 24/7.
