2017-2018 NRAS Year - Incentive Claim Update #3

AAHS issued the majority of the Federal incentives/RTOs to our Investors on the 29 June 2018.
Each State Government will process the state incentive portion of these incentives individually. We anticipate that AAHS should be in a position to issue these state incentives by mid-August 2018. Additional updates will be provided once further information is known.

 If you have not yet received your Federal incentive/RTO, it could be because:

  • The Federal incentive was a partial payment. This could be because the property is new to the NRAS or a property which was sold during the 2017-18 year. Alternately, the incentive could be a partial payment due to excess vacancy periods. Partial payment RTO’s should be issued by AAHS by 31 July 2018.  
  • Your incentive is still being assessed by the Department of Social Services. AAHS is still waiting for a small number of claims to be assessed and these should be available at the end of July 2018.
