2026-27 NRAS Incentive Indexation

The Department of Social Services (DSS) has released the NRAS Market Rent Index for the 2026-27 NRAS year, commencing 1 May 2026.  Although the incentive is based on an entire NRAS year, all dwellings will have ceased in the Scheme by 29 June 2026, and incentive claims for the 2026-27 NRAS year will be pro rata claims only.
