As all dwellings exited the NRAS on or before 29 June 2026, the Department of Social Services has brought forward the opening of the NRAS Portal for the 2026–27 NRAS year.

The Department of Social Services (DSS) has released the NRAS Market Rent Index for the 2026-27 NRAS year, commencing 1 May 2026.
