2026-27 NRAS Incentive Claim Update

As all dwellings exited the NRAS on or before 29 June 2026, the Department of Social Services has brought forward the opening of the NRAS Portal for the 2026–27 NRAS year.

The NRAS Portal opened on 4 September 2026, enabling Approved Participants to lodge pro rata incentive claims for this remaining period. AAHS has now submitted claims for all dwellings that remained active for some or all of the period from 1 May 2026 to 29 June 2026.
