Urgent NRAS Regulations changes that impact investors

Due to recent NRAS Regulation changes, all approved participants including AAHS must now provide details of each investor for all NRAS rental dwellings to the Department of Social Services (DSS). This change comes from the requirement to lodge a Statement of Compliance for each approved rental dwelling under Regulation 17(3)(e).

The Product Disclosure Statement signed by investors on entry to the Scheme authorises AAHS to provide this information, and we intend to do so by 31 March 2018. If this information is not provided by 30 April 2018, AAHS will not be able to submit the annual claim which may affect the investor’s NRAS incentive payment.
